Customized Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) for FMT Managed Chassis

The ability to quickly identify and isolate network outages is a critical function for any network operator. FMT OTDR is designed for remote fault detection and isolation, fiber level fault monitoring, span level fault monitoring, and long span monitoring. With the OTDR module, optical fiber cable monitoring, fiber optic cable construction, and maintenance are possible. It is designed for maximum configuration flexibility, with pluggable modules that plug directly into the FMT managed chassis, each module occupying one slot.


This module can facilitate an integrated cost-effective and flexible optical layer solution by incorporating a variety of optical layer boards, such as OEO/EDFA/DCM/MUX/OSW/OLP/R/B, and can be applied to DWDM dual-fiber/DWDM single-fiber/optical cable monitoring systems, to meet the diverse needs of scenarios.
