The MMC-1SC1T-SM-20-SIM Mini Gigabit Ethernet Media Converter bridges 1x 1000Base-SX/LX fiber to 10/100/1000Base-T copper networks, enabling fiber extensions up to 20KM (Single Mode). Its integration of Link Fault Pass-through (LFP) technology promotes efficient network maintenance. It reduces downtime, while each fiber is equipped with a Link Loss Return (LLR) switch to help diagnose remote network connection issues. This model connects two network segments and can be used either as a standalone unmanaged media converter or as a slide-in module in a 2U 16-slot managed chassis. In the chassis, it supports centralized remote management via the Web Smart/Managed Media Converter Chassis System (MC-16DP) for real-time monitoring and flexible configuration from any location.
