Customized 800G OSFP IHS/Finned Top to 2x 400G QSFP112 AEC Breakout Cable (Customized Length, Active, OSFP to 2x QSFP112)

FS OSFP-800G-2QAExxx is a 2x 400Gb/s twin-port OSFP (Octal Small Formfactor Pluggable) IHS/finned top to dual 400G QSFP112 active electrical breakout cable. It complies with OSFP MSA (Multi-Source Agreement) Rev 5.0, IEEE 802.3ck, CMIS 5.0, and SFF-8679 standards.
AEC cables integrate active components and retimer chips to compensate for signal loss in high-speed PAM4 transmission, enabling reliable, low-power, and low-latency plug-and-play interconnects up to 800Gbps over distances up to 5 meters. They are ideal for rack-to-rack connections in telecom and data center applications, delivering an optimal balance of performance and efficiency for high-density infrastructure.


Note: "Finned top" transceivers are now called "Integrated Heat Sink" (IHS) as the cooling fins are integrated into the OSFP connector metal top. Commonly used in air-cooled switches.
"Flat top" transceivers are now called "Riding Heat Sink" (RHS) as the cooling fins ride on top of the network card or system's internal cages. This is used for both air-cooled and liquid-cooled applications for DGX, ConnectX-7, and BlueField-3 DPUS.
