The 200G QSFP56 to 2x 100G QSFP28 breakout Active Optical Cable operates over Multi-Mode Fiber (MMF), each operating at data rates of up to 53.125Gbps per channel for QSFP56 by PAM4 modulation and 25.78Gbps per channel for QSFP28 with FEC support. This breakout cable is compliant with IEEE 802.3cd-100GAUI-2, IEEE802.3bm-CAUI-4, IEEE 802.3cd, SFF-8661, SFP-8636, SFF-8636.
The thin and lightweight optical fiber is engineered with high airflow performance, facilitating flexible and efficient routing. The built-in digital diagnostics monitoring (DDM) allows access to real-time operating parameters. It provides connectivity between system units with a 200GbE connector on one side and two separate 100GbE connectors on the other side and is suitable for short-range multi-lane data communication and interconnect applications.
