The housing removal tool disconnects connector shells for calibration, fitting US Conec MTP® and MTP®-16 via its top slot. Its compactness suits field use.
Post-removal, the tool inverts the shell 180° to switch polarity between A and B. If the ferrule needs to be reworked, the housing removal tool can also assist.
Please note: This tool is only applicable to US Conec MTP® and MTP®-16 connectors housing removal. If you want to change the gender of the MTP® and MTP®-16, you can use the US Conec MTP®/MTP®-16 Spring Compression Tool.
