The spring compression tool removes MTP® and MTP®-16 connector springs for swapping genders. It fits MTP® and MTP®-16 connectors in its top slot and suits field installations due to its compactness.
Post-compression, assembles the male pin clamp and female pin spacer, enabling connector gender exchange.
Please note: This tool is only applicable to MTP® and MTP®-16 connectors gender exchange. Before managing the pins with the Spring Compression Tool, it is necessary to dismantle the casing with the US Conec MTP®/MTP®-16 Housing Removal Tool.
