The S5440-12S is a L3 switch with wire-speed 12x 10Gb SFP+ and 4x 10/100/1000BASE-T ports in a compact 1U platform, delivering up to 248 Gbps switching capacity and 184.5 Mpps forwarding rate. Running PicOS® with a perpetual license, it supports MLAG, BGP, OSPF, SSH, ACLs, PBR, and sFlow without requiring additional licenses and includes five years of hardware and software support. Ideal for large-scale campus access, small to medium-sized networks, and branch office aggregations.
The switch is managed by the AmpCon-Campus management platform (Support for this model is available from AmpCon-Campus V3.0.0), offering Day 0 to Day 2+ automated lifecycle management with Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP), topology discovery.
